Refund policy

Our tube tapes are a personal-care item, so for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of tape sheets once they have been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of being shipped, let us know and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
