Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO and US territories.

Shipping costs
Standard Mail is $3.99 per order. Orders of $25 or more ship free.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are packed and sent from Plymouth, Massachusetts within 1–2 business days. Standard Mail usually arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays.

Order problems
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of being shipped, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page and we'll send a free replacement. See our Refund policy for details.

Gift cards
Gift cards are delivered by email and don't need shipping.
